Conditions of Hire
A deposit of £75 per week is required with each booking, the full balance to be paid at least 30 days before the period of hire commences.
Ladyhill Coach House will be available from 4pm on Saturday and end at 10am on the last Saturday of the period booked. You will undertake to vacate the premises at the end of the hire period and will be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever to the owners from failure to do so.
Once the booking has been confirmed by the owners, the hirers are liable for the full hire fee and payment will be required. However, if adequate notice (90 days or more) is given, then payment will not be required, although the deposit may not be refunded.
The property shall be used only for holiday purposes and cannot be relet to any other person. The hirers shall be responsible for any loss or damage during their stay, whether caused willfully or not.
The property must be left clean and tidy by 10am on the last day of the hire period and the owners reserve the right to charge for any abnormal cleaning that might be necessary.
The hirers’ party may not exceed four persons, nor are animals permitted without the prior consent of the owners.
Method of Payment
Payment will normally be by bank cheque in pounds sterling made payable to D B Court.
For overseas visitors, traveller’s cheque or banker’s order made out in pounds sterling are acceptable.
